BELLINGHAM, WA. July 9, 2008 –Bakerview Square, located in the Cordata area of Bellingham, WA, is preparing to announce several new tenants.
With the final tenant improvements being made to incoming tenant Manna Music, Bakerview Square, has begun preparations for three additional tenants. Two tenants will be going in Building G, which faces on to West Bakerview, and one tenant will be going into Building A, located in the northeast corner of Bakerview Square. These new tenants will total over 6,000 square feet of leased space. At this time, these incoming tenants have not given permission for their business names or contact information to be released to the press.
“This is an exciting time for Bakerview Square,” says Morgan Bartlett of Madrona Bay Real Estate Investments of Bellingham, Washington. “I keep hearing news about how poorly the commercial real estate market is, but we have a high-quality product and there are businesses out there looking for space to lease.” Bartlett has already has already began preparations for the final phase at Bakerview Square, Building F. This building will add an additional 48,200 square feet of leasable office and retail space.
